The SM-094-C is an adapter with 2 x external Mini SAS females on one side, and 8 x SATA 7-pin connectors on the other side. The SATA connectors accept signals from the Host Bus Adapter (HBA) and outputs those signals through the Mini SAS connector to the target devices. The combo bracket allows installation in a Centronics 50 or PCIe slot.
