Ordering Information

We at believe that ordering quality CX4, Infiniband, SCSI, or Fibre Channel products should be as easy as 1-2-3 and risk-free. We offer a 30-day return policy from day of invoice on all products, with a 25% restocking fee on all orders under $100 and a 15% restocking fee on all orders over $100. All our products carry a limited lifetime warranty.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not charge a surcharge for credit card orders.

Wire Transfer

We accept payment by wire transfer. Please contact the sales department for banking details, and note that there is a $30 charge imposed by the bank for this option.

Open Accounts

Net 30 terms are available. Please contact a sales representative for a credit application.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order is $25.

International Orders

International orders are welcome at! We will ship anywhere in the world. We typically ship via Federal Express, but can also use your freight forwarder. Most orders are shipped the same day, so you will receive your order typically within 1-3 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. All orders ship from Temecula, CA. We ship by a variety of carriers. Our best rates are with FedEx, but we can also ship by UPS, DHL, TNT Worldwide, USPS or any other major carrier.

Will Call offers a Will Call service at our warehouse in Temecula, CA. Customers are more than welcome to pick up orders there. If you need to look at the material before ordering, you are more than welcome to do that. If possible, the most efficient way to operate is for you to place your order via the Internet or the phone before coming to our warehouse, so we can have it ready for you when you arrive.

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact the sales representative for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Before calling, please make sure to have the sales order or invoice number, and description of the problem. After receiving the RMA#, please send the product to:
