We offer a 30-day return policy from day of invoice on all products, with a 25% restocking fee on all orders under $100 and a 15% restocking fee on all orders over $100. All our products carry a limited lifetime warranty.

International orders are welcome at DataStorageCables.com! We will ship anywhere in the world. We typically ship via Federal Express, but can also use your freight forwarder. Most orders are shipped the same day, so you will receive your order typically within 1-3 business days.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All orders ship from Temecula, CA. We ship by a variety of carriers. Our best rates are with FedEx, but we can also ship by UPS, DHL, TNT Worldwide, USPS or any other major carrier.

DataStorageCables.com offers a Will Call service at our warehouse in Temecula, CA. Customers are more than welcome to pick up orders there. If you need to look at the material before ordering, you are more than welcome to do that. If possible, the most efficient way to operate is for you to place your order via the Internet or the phone before coming to our warehouse, so we can have it ready for you when you arrive.
